Forum means "I want to know who you really are" — and the decision to follow your inner love. It is a communication process that fosters cooperation, empathy, and real contact.
One person at a time stands in the center and makes visible what is alive within them: emotions, experiences, insights — not just spoken, but felt and expressed through body and presence.
The group's attention and mindful facilitation create a space where deeper layers of humanity become tangible: our true motives, our feelings, our longing for connection. Through this, new perspectives emerge — for the individual and for the group as a whole.
Forum is more than a technique. It is a culture-building process rooted in human and ethical values.
What you will experience in this more extensive training
This 4-day immersive course offers a deep introduction to the ZEGG-Forum process — its background, cultural
philosophy, and view of humanity.
You will explore:
- How Forum works as a powerful tool for personal and collective transformation.
- giving and receiving both supportive and challenging feedback
- Creating real trust and transparency within a group
- The foundational themes of love and partnership: moving toward a love that wants to give rather than take
Deep listening, authentic sharing, and embodied presence
Feelings as positive social forces that create genuine connectionand can guide a group
- How shared values emerge from this process
Methods: Forum, Teachings, Meditation, Body Awareness, Improvisation, Small groups.
All levels of experience welcome. Course language will be English
Half year Forum Facilitation Training
This basic training is the first step in Transfor(u)m — a half-year program developed at ZEGG for those who want to learn Forum facilitation. Rooted in decades of lived community experience, the training combines Forum practice with elements from a wide range of processes and theories supporting conscious community.
The program continues with advanced modules:
- Training 1 (4 days) — 19–23 May’27: Community building and
lived experience
- Training 2 (6 days) — 22–27 June’27: Learning to hold Forum
- Forum practice period with supervision between modules
- Training 3 (6 days) — 12–17 October‘27: Final integration and
networking
