How can we design our togetherness open and heartful?

This 3 day introduction will provide ample opportunity to practice different methods of communication with an emphasis on the Forum. We integrate individual healing work within the process of creating transparency. By being a group process Forum goes beyond all mediation and personal growth work on a one to one basis. It creates a space to experience social communication in an intimate atmosphere of trust.
In our experience trust is the glue that keeps community together. Empowerment happens with every person who shares his/her deep motivations in the centre of a group's attention. The more we learn to support each other in this openness the more the whole group grows in solidarity.

Experience how it feels to allow social fears to melt into trust. Trust is created when inner processes of people become transparent and understandable for all involved.
Seeing means Loving. With every person who shares his/her deep motivations or feelings in the centre of a group's attention, trust, empowerment, and love will grow.
Finding inner direction and focus. Experience different practices and exercises that will raise your awareness, your trust, and create more transparency.

The more we start to accept what is, the more life can flow through us. Love and connection will be natural responses to our truth and openness.  We will grow together as a community in time and experience the healing power of trusted people.

We'll be co-creating a heartful weekend of workshops, group connection exercises, and time to enjoy each other’s company.  The weekend will include presentations both serious and playful on transforming ourselves and our culture, intimacy-building exercises, and plenty of time for fun and informal connections.

What is ZEGG-Forum?

ZEGG-Forum was developed as a method - and a space for the community to come together, during ZEGG’s own community building process over the last 33 years.
ZEGG (acronym for: Centre for Experimental Culture Design) is an intentional community and an international meeting point for a ‘culture worth living’, (since 1991 situated near Berlin) dedicated to exploring the foundations for a non-violent way of living. www.zegg.de

Forum is a deep and intimate process for communities. The aim is to reveal whatever is authentic, alive, and true. One person steps forward to reveal him or herself in words, movement, or sound; the group supports the self-revelation with compassionate attention, and provides empowering feedback in the form of “mirrors.” Trusted facilitators are the “midwives” of the process. With its gentle focus on empathic sharing, radical feedback and clarifying unsolved situations it is an invaluable catalyst for ones own growth.
